Day 01 :Drive from Kathmandu to Hungdi - 3 hrs and trek to Hattibang Village - 4 hrs and over night at Home-stay
Day 02 : Trek from Hattibang to Jyandala - 5-6 hrs and over night at Home-stay
Day 03 :Trek from Jyandala to Shaktikhor - 5-6 - hrs and overnight at home-stay
Day 04 :Drive Shaktikhor to Kathmandu. Overnight at Hotel
(Another best option: Drive from Shaktikhor to Sauraha, Chitawan is 1.5 hrs drive so if you have extra few days time, you will enjoy jungle activities in Chitawan national park.)
