This trek route lies in the north- east part of Kathmandu, travels through pristine forests to the village of Ghoda Tabela, then the valley opens out into a high, Himalayan river plain full of beautiful camping sites, spectacular peaks and wide glaciers. This trek offers pristine mountain views, rich cultural diversity of Tamang, Yolmo and Sherpa people as their typical culture, tradition and lifestyle.
Above Helambu is a mountainpass the lakes of Gosainkunda to the valley of Langtang and offers shorter treks than Langtang-Helambu trekking. Gosaikunda is the most famous one and situated at 4,380 meters. It is believed that Lord Shiva has created it. Its waters are believed to be connected via subterranean channels to Patan's Khumbeshwar Mahadev temple. Gosaikunda is accessed either from Dhunche or from Sundarijal in the eastern part of Kathmandu Valley. Thousands of Hindu pilgrims visit these lakes during auspicious day of full moon at August is called the Janai Purnima. Nearby are other lakes including Nagkunda, Bhairavkunda, Saraswatikunda and Suryakunda. The trek passes through a varied landscape ranging from evergreen forests, cascading waterfalls and turbulent streams to sub alpine grasslands and stark, beautiful mountainsides. Alternative routes from Kathmandu are public bus to Sundarijal or Melamchi.

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu airport (1345meters and transfer to Hotel.
Day 2: Pre-trip Meeting and Sightseeing Kathmandu valley (the Hindu temple complex at Pashupatinath (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) & the biggest Buddhist Stupa at Boudhanath. Also visit Monkey Temple the Swyambhunath (2000 years old temple) and visit Patan city of fine art)
Day 03: Drive to Syabru Besi (1462m), Drive by 6-7hrs from Kathmandu
Day 04: Syabru Besi to Lama hotel (2470m).
Day 05. Lama Hotel to Langtang (3500 m.)
Day 06 Langtang to Kyanging Gompa (3700 m)
Day 07: Day trip to langsisha kharka or tserku ri( 4950 mtr) then walk back to Kyanjin ri stay
overnight at lodge.
Day 08 Kyanging Gompa to Lama Hote (3500 m.)
Day 09. Lama Hotel to Shyabru Village: Trek back by same route.
Day 10. Shyabru Village to Sing Gompa (3254 m)(6/7 hrs. walk).
Day 11. Sing Gompa to Laure Bina (3880 m. 3 hours walking))
Day 12: Laure Bina to Gosainkund (4380 m 3 hour walk.)
Day 13. Full Day Hiking Surya Peak:
View from Surya peak Annapurna range, Manaslu Region in the west and valley of Langtang Lirung in the north, and also most pretty lakes are Saraswotikund, Bhairavkund and Gosaikund) or Surya Kund view to many Lakes when submit to Surya peak 5145m.to Gosain kund 6 hours walking))
Day 14: Gosain Kund to Gopte via Gosainkunda Lauribina Pass (4610m 5 or 6 hours walking)
Day 15: Gopte to Kutumsang ( 2470M 6 hours walking) Stay overnight at hotel.
Day 16: Kutumsang to Chisopani (2165 M 6 hours walking) Stay overnight at hotel.
Day 17: Chisopani to Sundarijal and drive to kathmandu Stay overnight at same hotel.
