Sailung Trek or "Trail indigenous peoples" is a tourist area trek non scenic trekking offer relatively low altitude below 3000m bound by Thulo Sailung peak in the North and the river Kosi Golden Sun traveling along South Tama Kosi in 'East. This trek presents an incomparable and natural blend of cultural, linguistic and ethnic coupled with breathtaking panoramas of the Himalayas, from Annapurna in the west to Numburchuili in the East. Visitors can have valuable insight into the cultures and lifestyles of several local indigenous peoples, including Tamang, Newar, Sherpa, and Majhi Thamis with two dominant religion, Hinduism and Buddhism. Meanwhile, some parts of this hike, you will discover with an interesting feast during certain occasion. Basically, the place name is called in Sailung and Temple Narayansthan. There are many Hindu and Buddhist devotees from the surrounding villages. Now a days is considered sacred by shamans in which the apprentice or graduate "Jhankris" open shamans. In this day, you can take the shaman healing and other spiritual practices. Shamanism encompasses the belief that shamans are intermediaries or messengers between the human world and the spiritual worlds. Shamans are said to treat diseases / disease by repairing the soul. Alleviating traumas affecting the soul / spirit restores the physical body of the individual to balance and wholeness. The shaman also enters supernatural realms or dimensions to obtain solutions to problems that plague the community. Shamans may visit other worlds / dimensions to bring guidance to lost souls and to improve disease of the soul caused by foreign elements.

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu and meet our representative NNGTAA at the airport and transfer to Hotel. Welcome cocktail and briefing, relax
Day 2: Visit of world heritage sites by private car. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 3: Kathmandu to Mude with the local bus and trek to Deurali. Overnight in tented camp.
Day 4: Trek to Deurali Thulo Sailung 3246m. Overnight in tented camp.
Day 5: Exploring surrounding village. Overnight in tented camp.
Day 6: Trek Thulo Sailung Doramba to 2100m. Overnight in tented camp.
Day 7: Trek to Doramba Gurase Banjyang 2300m. Overnight in tented camp.
Day 8: Trek to Gurase Banjyang Kafle Damara 1100m. Overnight in tented camp.
Day 9: Trek to Damara Kafle Chaubas 2100m Hill. Overnight in tented camp.
Day 10: Trek Chaubas Bolung Hill Village 920m. Overnight in tented camp.
Day 11: Hike to Pahari Village. Overnight in tented camp.
Day 12: Trek Bolung Village Chapakhori 1833m. Overnight in tented camp.
Day 13: Trek to Chapakhori Kot Timal 1960m via Narayansthan Temple. Overnight in tented camp.
Day 14: Trek to Kot Timal Namobuddha 1800m. Overnight in tented camp.
Day 15: Trek to Namobuddha Kusha Devi 1054m. Overnight in tented camp.
Day 16: Trek from Naya Gaon Kusha Devi in 1850. Overnight in tented camp.
Day 17: Trek from Naya Gaon to Lato Banjyang 1'790 meter via Phulchoki Hill 2790m. Overnight in tented camp.
Day 18: Trek to Lato Banjyang Godawari 1600m and drive to Kathmandu with local bus. Overnight at Hotel.
