Seeking for a real adventure? Our travel itinerary is based on years of trekking expertise, ensuring that you have a fun and safe vacation. However, like with all such risky excursions, there may be instances where we must change the schedule, possibly without much notice. While we make every attempt to stick to the timetable, we humbly ask for your patience and flexibility if unforeseen circumstances like weather or unforeseen natural events come into play. Schedule for each day
Days: 1 Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400m)  
Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu. Transfer to hotel. Expedition briefing and welcome dinner.
Days: 2 Preparation & Gear Check  
Detailed briefing, permit processing, and gear inspection. Last-minute shopping if needed.
Days: 3 Fly to Lukla (2,840m) & Trek to Phakding (2,610m)  
Scenic mountain flight (35 mins), then a 3–4 hr trek to Phakding along the Dudh Koshi River.
Days: 4 Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440m)  
6–7 hr trek through Sagarmatha National Park. First views of Everest. Overnight in the Sherpa capital.
Days: 5 Acclimatization Day in Namche  
Short hike to Everest View Hotel or Khumjung. Rest and adapt to altitude.
Days: 6 Trek to Tengboche (3,870m)  
5–6 hr trek through rhododendron forest with great views of Ama Dablam. Visit Tengboche Monastery.
Days: 7 Trek to Pangboche (3,930m)  
3–4 hr trek. Pangboche is the last permanent Sherpa village before the mountain.
Days: 8 Trek to Ama Dablam Base Camp (4,570m)  
Climb gradually to Base Camp, crossing the river and gaining elevation. Camp setup and rest.
Days: 9 - 21 Climbing Period - Ama Dablam (6,812m)  
Rotation & Acclimatization: Establish Camp I (5,700m), Camp II (6,000m), and Camp III (6,300m).
Days: 22 Trek to Pangboche  
Descend to the village, enjoy warm hospitality and rest.
Days: 23 Trek to Namche  
Retrace steps back to Namche. Optional celebrations with team.
Days: 24 Trek to Lukla  
Final day of trekking. Stay overnight in Lukla before flight.
